Dandridge Billing Issues
AEC is aware that some of our members in the Dandridge area have not received their electric bills. We have had conversation with the Dandridge Post Office and are sure that these statements will be delivered over the next couple of days. The original delay is a result of our vendor process in getting these statements to the Post Office in a timely manner. The Post Office received these statements and post marked them on April 5th, which was last Friday. We apologize for this slight delay in receiving electric bills. AEC is making changes to our vendor process to help alleviate this issue in the future.
